Registration will be open at 1F Main Lobby, KOFU KINENBI HOTEL

Open Hours:

Please settle the registration fee and receive your name cards.
We accept cash only at onsite registration.
If you would like to pay by credit card, please check the registration site.

Program and Abstract Book

Starting in 2025, the program and abstract book will no longer be distributed in printed form. Members of JSID and participants of 50JSID will be provided with a password to access the content online. The download password will be sent to members of JSID and participants of 50JSID.
Please download 50JSID abstract data here.
Printed copies of the program and abstract book will continue to be available for purchase. If you wish to obtain a printed booklet, please select “Purchase Abstract Book” during your online registration (Japanese only).
Pre-order deadline for the abstract book: By November 5 (Wed.), 2025
Price: JPY 3,000 (Available for pick-up at the venue from the Secretariat)

Social Gathering

All participants are invited to the welcome reception and social gathering. Participation fees are included in the registration fee. You are kindly requested to wear your name cards during the welcome reception and social gathering.

Photography

Photography and recording are not allowed without permission of the secretariat.

Press Registration

Press card will be issued to the journalists only if they received permission from the president of the meeting. Journalists are also asked to settle 8,000 yen as registration fee.

Parking

Only the limited parking lots are available complimentarily for the participants in the meeting. Using a public transport is highly recommended to reach the venue.

Only the members of the Japanese Society for Investigative Dermatology are able to present their work at the annual meeting. It is requested that non-members join the Japanese Society for Investigative Dermatology by downloading the application form from the JSID website.
